- Developed Total Project Control, a methodology that integrates projects with corporate finance. Developed the metrics to support Total Project Control, including the DIPP, DRAG, DRAG cost, net value-added, and the CLUB. Several software packages have since been developed and marketed commercially that support many of these metrics.
- Deliver seminars to all corporate levels on project management and TPC techniques. These seminars have been selected by the Project Management Institute in each of the past three years for international presentation as part of PMI's Seminars 2000-2002 series, and have been among the most popular.
- Train and consult with corporate executives in the enterprise-wide implementation of project management and TPC methods. Senior management clients include Texas Instruments, Illinois Power Company, Lionbridge, Mattel Toys, Eastern Exterior Wall Systems, BAE Systems, Mallinckrodt Medical, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Harvard Smithsonian Observatory, Aspect Medical Systems, and Boston Biomedica.
- Speak frequently at ProjectWorld Conferences (1999-2003), PMI Specific Interest Groups (Pharm. Conference 2002, IS Webinar 2003), PMI Chapter meetings (NY City, Mass., Conn., Minn., RI), and industry groups (DIA conference on proj. management/finance, 2002).
